Trained cleaning teams

Scheduled cleaning teams who understand the site brief, the areas they’re responsible for, and the standards expected by management and landlords.

Screening & right to work

Staff are identity checked and documented. Right-to-work and onboarding records are maintained so clients can evidence due diligence if asked.

Licensed security (if required)

For sites that request it, we can place SIA-licensed operatives. Licensing and suitability are checked in advance so the client knows who is on site and why.

Ongoing coordination

We stay in contact. If access changes, hours change or cleaning priorities change, we adjust and confirm - you’re never left chasing a mystery agency phone number.
